Fabrication & installation of a Greenfield Regulator Station in very mountainous conditions which included extensive site preparation and landslide repair prior to construction. The Regulator Station included (5) 16” regulator runs, (1) 6” regulator run with bypass, (2) process gas heaters, (1) pre-engineered steel building (84’ long x 70’ wide), (2) 30” mainline valves, (4) 30” stopple fittings and (1) 16” stopple fitting. The installation of (2) 24” temporary bypass lines to divert gas during construction. The scope also included all concrete and civil work, installation of electrical and communication equipment, environmental controls, and all pre-commissioning and testing.
