Project Name18” MAINLINE HYDROTEST CS 21 TO 20-5R / 18” MAINLINE VALVE

LocationSOUTH FLORIDA

Hydrotest 33.3 miles of 18” mainline from CS 21 to MLV 20-5R. Consist of cutting and isolating each end of the mainline. There are 11 spots ranging from 4” to 18” along the pipeline to be isolated, installed an 18” MLV.

Castle completed remediation on 92SCC anomalies consisting of recoats and 3,416’ of pipe replacement.

Project NameNGPL AMARILLO LINES MAKE PIGGABLE BETWEEN CS 106 AND CS 108

LocationIOWA & NEBRASKA

42” barrel removal and relocation, replace 2-26” tee’s, replace approximately 2,900 LF of dual 20” with 2,900 LF of 26”, fabricate and install 1 – 36” barrel, replace 1 – 26” MLV, replace 1 – 20” crossover valve, install 1 – 30” riser for temporary launcher, install 1 – 36” riser for temporary launcher and remove 48” drip, remove 2 – 36” drips and install 1 – new 36” drip, install 700 LF of dual 20” with 36” crossover and 2 – 30” risers.
